Every one wants to get long live with enjoyable and look nice to others. It totally depends on him or her daily life style. As follows;

- Give your body a chance to rest around 6-8 hours per nights/Days.
- Take time to relax each day by reading books, watch television, listing music.
- Performed regularly religious activity.
- Taking care of your hair regularly.
- Drink and use clean and safe water.
- Per day drink around 12 – 16 liter safe water.
- When you fell sick immediately communicate your doctor.
