Simple live And Be Happy



Every one wants to get long live with enjoyable and look nice to others. It totally depends on him or her daily life style. As follows;
Tips:
  • Early to bed and early to rise.
  • Clean your teeth at least twice a day (after dinner and breakfast) to avoid tooth decay and to have nice breath.
  • Regular Bathing will keep you clean and smelling nice.
  • Keeping your skin clean with water and mild bathing soap or face wash.
  • Eat regular nutritious and balance food.
  •  Avoid eating too many sweets, fried foods, sugary foods and drinks or alcohol.
  • Get plenty of exercise. Exercise strengths your heart, lungs, and muscles, keeps you fit and lifts your spirits.
  • Give your body a chance to rest around 6-8 hours per nights/Days.
  • Take time to relax each day by reading books, watch television, listing music.
  • Performed regularly religious activity.
  • Taking care of your hair regularly.
  • Drink and use clean and safe water.
  • Per day drink around 12 – 16 liter safe water.
  • When you fell sick immediately communicate your doctor.
